Elders Uniting the World.
Elders Uniting the World connects the wisdom of elders with the energy of younger generations. Each episode looks at real life through the lens of the Seven Generations principle — judging companies, leaders, and choices by their actions, not their words. Hosted by someone with 30+ years in tech and a lifetime of lessons learned the hard way.

Last time, we dragged the cancer into the light: elders pushed aside, kids left to raise themselves, and nobody in between. This time, we talk about what we can do about it.
Every elder is a library. Every day, thousands of those libraries close for good, and too many of the new ones are opening with empty shelves. We talk about why that happened, and why it’s not too late to fix.
We also take on the idea that old people are a drain, the pocket idiot box that took our place as teachers, and why most people agree on more than social media wants you to believe.
And then the good part. Being invisible isn’t our weakness. It’s our superpower. I’ll give you four things you can start doing this week, and one piece of homework before the next episode.
We’re the party of our grandkids, our nieces and nephews, every kid we love. They can’t vote yet. So we will vote for them.

Two kinds of people get called elders. Only one of them actually is one.
In this episode we get into what separates an elder from an older -- and why it matters more right now than at any point in most of our lifetimes. This isn't about age. It's about whether you've given up or not. And it's hurting the old and the young both, at the same time, for the same reasons.
We talk about who actually benefited when families went from one income to two, why we spent more on education and got less, and what happens to kids when the village disappears and nobody's left to pass anything down. I'll share a story from my own family that proves none of this is abstract -- this is real life.
And through all of it, one thing keeps coming back. Elders -- real ones -- are the ones who can actually fix it.
We identified the cancer today. Next episode we talk about what to do about it.

Remember when? I do. This episode walks through my own life — how I grew up, what changed, and where we are now. Family, community, trust, and the phone that never turns off. It's not a comfortable listen. It's not supposed to be.

In this first episode, I share why I started this podcast — from my grandfather's early warning about industrial farming, to 30 years working in tech, to a moment at a mountain retreat and one more at an airport that finally pushed me to act. This is where it all begins.
